Product Description
Material was crushed using impact energy in a Horizontal Shaft Impact Crusher. The rotor spins at a rapid speed, propelled by the engine. The material is blown by rotating blow bars in the rotor. The material will next be sent to the impact plates for secondary crushing. The materials will be redirected to the blow bars. This operation is repeated until the materials are crushed to the desired size and emptied via the discharge aperture at the machines bottom. The size and shape of the final products may be modified by adjusting the space between the impact rack and the rotor support. The Horizontal Shaft Impact Crusher is extensively used for manufacturing sand and rock in the industries of roads, railroads, reservoirs, electricity power, and construction materials, among others.
